Mango Avocado Salsa
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup mango, diced
  • ½ cup avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup red peppers, diced
  • 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ½ of a lime (juice)
  • sprinkle of cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently. Refrigerate and serve cold. This was AMAZING on tilapia but would be great on a salad or with whole grain tortilla chips too!
