Add ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and let brown.
Meanwhile, arrange lettuce, avocado, and tomatoes onto two separate plates.
Prepare mustard by mixing together mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and water in a small bowl. Drizzle over plated lettuce.
Once meat is finished cooking and lightly browned, sprinkle cheese over the top and let melt. Once melted, use a spatula to transfer the meat on top of the salads.
