Hi my friends and fashionistas! Happy hump day!
Sooooo….I have a wedding to go to in a few weeks and I still need to find a dress. My lovely and stylish friend Becky has rented dresses from Rent the Runway in the past, and I absolutely love the dresses she has rented from them, so I thought I would look into it myself. Rent the Runway is a website where you can pay to rent designer dresses for 4-8 days.
I didn’t have a clue how much they would cost so I looked into it a bit and not only were the dresses incredibly affordable to rent (in the $40 price range for the ones I was looking at), there are so many adorable dresses to choose from!
Now, I don’t know for 100% sure that I’m going to go with this option, but if I do, I have a decision to make. I found a handful of dresses that I think are b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l! I wanted to see what you guys thought of them, and which one you think I should go with. I definitely have a couple of favorites, but I wanted to see what you all thought.
Check them out and comment below with the dress you like best for me!
1. Little Red Dress
2. Piece of Cake
3. Sharp Lines
4. Dance floor Diva
5. Cobalt Daisy
6. Sip of Rose
Aren’t these so pretty? I worry a little bit about the dresses not fitting right, but what’s nice is that they allow you to borrow two sizes so hopefully one would work out!
What do you all think?!

They are all just too cute!
I think the little red dress or sharp lines would look amazing on you! I can’t wait to see what you decide to go with!
Thanks for your vote, Jenn! xoxoxo
There’s something about dress #1 that immediately caught my eye. I think it would look amazing on you and, I really love the shape and simple bow detail!

Thank you! I know the red one pops doesn’t it?!
I’ve always wanted to use rent the runway but haven’t yet. I love them ALL! My faves are the little red dress, dance floor diva (so fun to rock some tulle) and sip of rose. Have fun 🙂
I’m a little nervous about it and haven’t decided 100%, but if I decide to do it I will do a review and let you know how I like it! They have SO many cute dresses!
Sip of Rose jumped out at me most — it’s a springy color and will look great with your features (especially your pretty blonde hair). The color really pops and it’s a great cut. I love the pattern on the dress too. It looks like it would kind of shimmer or pop out when looking at the dress at different angles. You do have some other good options in the mix too, but I think this dress takes the cake!

OMG so adorable. I love the first one! Classy but makes a statement with that bow! Can’t wait to see which one you pick. 🙂

We’ll see if I decide to go with any of them! I’m still going to keep my eyes open for other dresses for a few more days and then if I can’t find anything I will go with RTR!
I’m actually thinking about using Rent the Runway for a wedding too, so let me know how your experience goes! I think you won’t go wrong with any of those dresses, but my favorite is the Piece of Cake.

My mom and hubby both really like that one too (as do I)!
You would look good in all of them, but I think 1, 5, and 6 would look great with your blonde hair!

You are sweet! Thanks!
I love #6 but that could be because I love color pink too… 🙂 All of them are adorable!

So many great options! It’s hard to pick without knowing the details of your event. I’m sure you’ll make a great choice. I haven’t heard of this rental dress place – thanks for sharing! For readers who are expecting a baby you can visit Bellies to Babies in Richfield, Minnesota. They rent out formal wear and you can try it on in person.
Thanks! I’ve heard some friends of mine talk about that place. Do they have cute dresses?
the pink one at the end. would look beautiful with your blond hair.
definitely like the black ones — Sharp Lines and Dance Floor Diva. classy, fun, flirty. but then again, i gravitate towards black, so that’s just me. 🙂
I’m continuing my dress shopping in stores for a few more days and if I can’t find one, I think I might go with RTR. I’m a little nervous about it though!
